About the Project:
We are working on an exciting integration involving Microsoft Copilot Studio. Our client, Acumen, needs an AI agent that connects to a SharePoint site where FDA documents are stored. The agent should analyze all versions of the documents and generate a summary of changes in a tabular format.
This AI agent will then be integrated into a custom Microsoft Word plugin we have developed for Acumen.
Responsibilities:

Design and develop an AI agent using Microsoft Copilot Studio

Integrate the AI agent into an existing Microsoft Word add-in

Connect and interact with SharePoint to retrieve and analyze document versions

Generate structured summaries of changes between document versions

Collaborate with the internal engineering team to ensure seamless integration and deployment

Ensure compliance with data handling and security best practices
Requirements:

6+ years of experience in software development or AI/ML engineering

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio

Solid knowledge of .NET development

Experience working with SharePoint (3+ years preferred)

Strong understanding of document parsing, change tracking, and summarization techniques

Proficient communication skills — ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

English level: C1 or higher (both written and verbal)
Nice to Have:

Experience building or integrating Microsoft Office add-ins

Familiarity with FDA document structures and regulatory workflows
