JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly independent and results-driven SDR to generate qualified leads through multi-channel outreach campaigns. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and confident in managing the full lead generation cycle — from prospecting to follow-up.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Create and maintain prospect lists using various research methods

Design and execute outreach campaigns across multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, cold calls)

Craft personalized messaging for different target audiences

Manage initial conversations with potential clients

Track campaign performance and suggest optimizations

Handle responses and qualify leads effectively
REQUIREMENTS

At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales or lead generation

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Available during EST business hours

Strong communication skills and confident phone presence

Familiarity with email marketing platforms and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Detail-oriented and highly organized

Must be able to provide screen recordings to verify work activity

COMPENSATION

Base salary: $500/month

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $1,000/month
