Location: Remote with 3h+ overlap with PST
Reports To: CEO
Engagement: Starts part-time to test fit, with potential to grow into full-time and earn profit share
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Staff Augmentation Delivery Manager to oversee and coordinate the staffing process for our projects. This role bridges recruitment and client relations, ensuring that the right talent is matched with client needs and that both parties are supported throughout the engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Coordination: Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and present candidates who align with client requirements for staff augmentation projects.
- Soft Skills Assessment: Evaluate candidates’ communication abilities, cultural fit, and overall professionalism to ensure seamless integration into client teams.
- Client Partner: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding staffing needs, facilitating introductions, gathering feedback, and addressing concerns.
- Process Optimization: Streamline staffing procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring timely placements and high client satisfaction.
- Reporting: Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and clients, providing regular updates on staffing progress and candidate performance.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in staff augmentation, recruitment coordination, or related roles within the IT or software development sectors.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and candidates.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple staffing processes simultaneously, ensuring attention to detail and timely delivery.
- Client Management: Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, capable of adjusting strategies to meet evolving client needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fixed-Price Project Experience: Project Management for fixed-price projects.
- Technical Acumen: While deep technical expertise is not required, a basic understanding of software development.
