As a Customer Success Manager - Upwork, you’ll play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and success with our platform. You’ll guide customers through their journey, helping them optimize their Upwork lead generation process and get the most out of our services.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Customer Retention: Provide proactive support to increase renewal rates and client satisfaction.
- Onboarding & Training: Help new clients get started, providing all necessary guidance.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor client achievements and milestones, offering strategic assistance.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong client relationships to drive long-term engagement.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with other teams to resolve client inquiries efficiently.
- Account Management: Handle client plans, billing issues, and related matters.
- Retention Strategies: Manage cancellation requests and implement strategies to retain clients.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a Customer Success Manager - Upwork with a strong understanding of Upwork and a passion for client engagement. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and an excellent communicator.
Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:
- Upwork Expertise: Deep knowledge of Upwork lead generation and profile optimization.
- Autonomy & Prioritization: Ability to work independently and manage multiple client needs.
- Tech Skills: Familiarity with Notion, HubSpot, and Intercom.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Search Query Understanding: Knowledge of Boolean search, Elasticsearch, and similar tools.
- Availability: Must be available from 12 or 1 PM Kyiv time to 9 or 10 PM Kyiv time.
- English Proficiency: C1 or higher, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in B2B SaaS.
- Previous experience as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager.
