We are looking for a Strategic Development Manager for Indonesia Market
who will work with the AIR team on building awareness and reputation for the
company in the India region, increase the number of AIR India partners
(influencers) and spread the AIR Ecosystem products in the region.
OBJECTIVES, ROLES:
● Development of relationships with Indonesia influencers in the field of
YouTube & other digital platforms, local media companies, and brands;
● Building partnerships with current AIR Indonesia influencers and
achieving new Indonesian content creators for the AIR Ecosystem;
● Spread AIR Ecosystem products in the Indonesian region.
KPI’s:
● Quantity of monthly new AIR partners (influencers) in the Indonesian;
● Quantity of monthly digital mailings and online events;
● Quantity of monthly AIR Ecosystem product sales;
● Quantity of monthly support services to current AIR Indonesian
partners;
● Quantity of quarterly Indonesian Brand deals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Attracting new partners from the Indonesian market, particularly digital
influencers and content creators.
● Increasing revenue from existing clients and ensuring their loyalty
● Reporting on results is done on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
● Developing long-term relationships with key clients and media agencies.
● Organizing and conducting industry events to promote the company and
attract new partners.
● Receiving feedback from the local market to help us tailor products to local needs
● Monitoring and analyzing the market to identify new growth opportunities.
● Participating in the formulation of marketing strategies for key brands and products in the local market.
REQUIREMENTS:
● University degree in Business, Marketing or Sales;
● 3+ years of experience working in Sales;
● Work experience: at least 10 years in media or media-related businesses in
the Indonesian market, with a deep understanding of the media
sphere and a professional network.
● A significant advantage is understanding the digital advertising market and
experience with IT projects.
● Communication skills: experience in negotiating at the C-level.
● Knowledge of YouTube trends, the Indonesian media landscape and
specific communication with influencers;
● Network with local content creators and brands;
● Proficient in English (oral, written);
● Speaking Hindi or other local Indian language
● Excellent presentation skills combined with keen attention to detail, precise
project management, and meeting tight deadlines;
● Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks;
● Highly collaborative with extraordinary social and relationship-building skills;
● Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously;
● Are naturally passionate, creative, results-oriented, dynamic, and strategic.
