We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead (Fullstack Developer) with a strong background in Node.js and React, and expertise in headless CMS platforms like Strapi or Directus. This is a leadership role for a highly skilled developer ready to guide a team, make architectural decisions, and drive innovative solutions in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers, providing technical direction and mentorship.
• Architect, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack solutions using Node.js and React.
• Design and implement solutions leveraging headless CMS platforms such as Strapi or Directus.
• Ensure high-quality code and maintainability through best practices, code reviews, and adherence to coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver robust applications.
• Continuously monitor and improve system performance and scalability.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Node.js: Minimum 6 years of experience.
• React: Minimum 6 years of experience.
• Do you have experience with headless CMS platforms such as Strapi or Directus?
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern development frameworks.
• Comprehensive understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

Leadership Skills

• Minimum 8 years of overall development experience.
• At least 2 years in a leadership position, managing teams and driving project execution.
• Proven ability to mentor junior and mid-level developers and foster a collaborative team environment.

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment.
