We’re looking for a Tech Support Representative (or a lead generation pro who knows Upwork) to help our clients improve their results on Upwork using the platform. 🚀
What You’ll Do
💬 Support Clients: Provide quick daily support through Intercom, email, and Slack.
🔍 Check Profiles: Review client setups and freelancer profiles to ensure they’re optimized.
🛠️ Handle Requests: Turn client requests into tasks for our tech team.
🤝 Work with the Team: Collaborate with developers, account managers, and Upwork experts.
📊 Keep Clients Updated: Track progress on tasks and inform clients regularly.
What You Need:
✅ Experience in tech support (B2B/SaaS) or Upwork lead generation.
🌐 Knowledge of how Upwork works.
🗣️ Good English skills for communication and problem-solving.
📚 Familiarity with tools like Intercom, Notion, Hubspot, and search methods like Boolean/ElasticSearch.
