Head of Sales
We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Head of Sales to lead and scale our sales team in the global market. Your mission is to develop key regions, including North America, LATAM, and India/Indonesia, and achieve high sales results. If you have experience in an international environment, particularly in IT, and are eager for new challenges in the dynamic Creators Economy industry - we are waiting for you!
Key Responsibilities:
● Managing the existing sales team:
○ Optimizing operational processes to improve efficiency.
○ Monitoring team performance and coordinating daily tasks.
○ Setting goals and KPIs, and monitoring performance.
○ Developing a database of supporting documentation for the entire product line, sales scripts, and a system for evaluating customer negotiations.
● Developing and implementing an international sales strategy:
○ Aligning the strategy with the company's overall business strategy.
○ Building local sales teams in key markets.
○ Searching for new markets and identifying growth opportunities.
○ Tracking and analyzing market trends, and competitive environment, and adapting the sales strategy to market changes.
● Business processes:
○ Optimizing the technical infrastructure of the sales department.
○ Forming and managing the sales funnel.
○ Analyzing sales results, compiling reports, and improving processes.
● Sales manager's training and development strategy:
○ Developing training programs and adapting new employees.
○ Implementing a mentoring system and internal training.
○ Monitoring team effectiveness and supporting their professional growth. ● Negotiations and work with key clients:
○ Successful work with corporate clients at the B2B level.
○ Building long-term partnerships.
Requirements:
● Minimum 4-5 years of experience in sales, particularly in the IT sector (mandatory).
● Experience working as a Head of Sales or in a similar role in an international business environment.
● Successful experience in team management.
● Deep understanding of the specifics of selling digital products in a digital environment.
● Skills in building technical infrastructure (CRM systems, e-mails, lead search and verification systems, etc.) and sales automation.
● Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to motivate the team.
● Proficiency in English at an Advanced level or higher.
● Ability and desire to master and implement new sales methods and technologies.
