Sales Executive (GCP+GWS)
We are a global leader in cloud technology partnerships, is seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Sales Executive to expand our reach with Google Cloud Platform as a key product. Since our inception in 2017, we’ve excelled in delivering superior cloud solutions through a variety of top-tier partnerships including Google Cloud, Zendesk, Asana, GitLab, Okta, and Microsoft.
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to lead our sales efforts for GCP and GWS solutions across the EMEA and CEE regions. The ideal candidate will be a high-performing A-player with experience in SaaS sales, adept at navigating complex sales environments, and driven to exceed targets through strategic sales initiatives.
What you will bring:
- Fluency in English and either Polish or Czech is essential;
- From 2 years of proven sales experience in SaaS/ IaaS fields, with a documented history of achieving and exceeding sales targets, particularly in enterprise sales;
- Experience in expanding new markets with outbound activities;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities;
- Proficient in managing CRM systems and understanding their strategic importance in sales and customer relationship management.
Would be a plus:
- Sales experience on GCP and/or GWS specifically;
- Sales or technical certifications related to Cloud Solutions are advantageous.
What you will do:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for GCP and GWS solutions, targeting enterprise clients within the Cloud markets across EMEA and CEE;
- Identify and penetrate new enterprise market segments, leveraging GCP and GWS to improve client outcomes;
- Conduct high-level negotiations and presentations with major companies across Europe, focusing on the strategic benefits of adopting GCP and GWS solutions;
- Work closely with marketing and business development teams to align sales strategies with broader company goals;
- Continuously assess the competitive landscape and customer needs, adapting sales strategies to meet market demands and drive revenue growth.

Bonus part scheme:
- Signed Deal Commission: You’ll earn a commission for every deal you close. There’s no cap, so the more deals you close, the more you earn.
- Quarterly Bonus: If you meet your quarterly target, you’ll receive a quarterly bonus.
- Annual Bonus: Achieve your annual target, and you’ll earn an annual bonus.
- For the European market, the typical split between base salary and bonuses is around 50/50.
Team: 7 Sales Executives and CEO as a direct manager of the sales team.
Intro part about the role:
We focus on the EMEA region, which includes Central Asia, Africa, and Central and Eastern Europe, with special attention to markets like Ukraine, Poland, the Czech Republic, and French-speaking countries. While we do serve a mix of SMBs and enterprise clients, in Poland, we’re especially focused on the SMB sector, although we also deal with some enterprise clients too.
When it comes to working with our products, we start with the basics: implementation, migration, and training sessions. We also provide ongoing support to ensure that everything runs smoothly. If a product needs to be adapted or customized, we’ve got you covered. For example, we currently have three corporate clients with specific requests for GCP, and our tech team is working closely with them to make sure the product fits their needs.
Now, about the Sales Executive role: It’s pretty straightforward. You’ll be guiding clients from the first discovery call all the way through to signing the contract. You’ll cover 1 or 2 products simultaneously. You won’t be going it alone—our marketing and BDR teams will support you with lead generation and client outreach.
Most of the clients you’ll work with will already be interested in our solutions (around 70% of your pipeline will be inbound), but as you get comfortable, you’ll have the chance to do more proactive outreach too. The role does include travel for client meetings and events, but we’re mainly looking for someone based in Poland/Czechia to stay close to our clients and company events.
