Responsibilities

• System Design & API Development: Design systems and APIs that power our software, with a focus on high-performance applications.
• Technical Leadership: Define, develop, and evolve software in a fast-paced, agile environment using modern technologies and infrastructure.
• Coding & Testing: Write clean, high-quality code and create testing strategies to ensure performance and functionality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product management to translate vision into user stories, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Mentorship: Lead and mentor engineers, guiding technical discussions to enhance team skills and technical approach.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve bugs efficiently, collaborating across teams as needed.
• Growth Opportunities: Gain expertise in AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Node.js, and React. Choose to grow as a full stack or full cycle developer within our versatile team.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience: 6+ years in full stack development, with a primary focus on Node.js and React.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Backend: Mastery of Node.js and NestJS, with a deep understanding of architectural principles.
  • Frontend: Extensive experience with React and Redux for client-side development.
  • Databases: Strong knowledge of relational databases and schema management.
  • Cloud & DevOps: Extensive experience with AWS, plus familiarity with Terraform and Kubernetes.
• Language Skills: Fluent English (C1), with Russian preferred.
• Soft Skills: Excellent collaborator, transparent communicator, proactive in seeking feedback, and skilled in estimation and delivering on engineering tasks.
• Curiosity & Learning: Naturally inquisitive with a desire to continuously improve and expand your technical skill set.
