Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Tech Lead with extensive expertise in .NET and React to join our remote team. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong technical background in microservices architecture and experience in people management. As a Tech Lead, you will play a key role in guiding our development team, managing technical projects, and driving our product to the next level.
Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership:
- Oversee the architecture, development, and deployment of applications using .NET and React.
- Ensure technical standards and best practices are adhered to in all development processes.
- Provide expert-level guidance on microservices architecture, ensuring efficient and reliable service design.

Team & People Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers, supporting their technical and professional growth.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, facilitating smooth communication across remote team members.
- Manage and assign tasks, track project progress, and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.

Full-Stack Development:
- Actively participate in coding and development as needed, especially in complex areas that require expert knowledge.
- Utilize expertise in .NET for backend and React for frontend to develop robust, scalable, and maintainable applications.

Cloud & DevOps Integration:
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless CI/CD pipelines and effective integration with Azure services.
- Develop strategies for deployment, scaling, and maintaining applications in cloud environments, optimizing performance and cost efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience
- .NET Expert (7+ years): Advanced understanding and experience with .NET Core/.NET 5+, RESTful services, and related .NET frameworks.
- React Expert (5+ years): Proficiency in building modern frontend applications, handling state management, and optimizing performance.
- Microservices Architecture: Proven experience in designing and deploying microservices-based systems, ensuring scalability, fault tolerance, and high availability.
- People Management: Strong background in managing teams, with demonstrated experience in leadership, task delegation, and mentoring.
- Azure: Knowledge of Azure cloud services, including Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) is a plus.
- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes, with the ability to effectively manage sprints, backlogs, and retrospectives.
