We are expanding rapidly and looking for a strategic Sales Director to lead our sales team to new heights, drive our business growth, and explore new market opportunities. 

Role Overview: 

We seek an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join Textback.ai, a fast-growing SMS and voice platform. As CFO, you will be pivotal in managing the company's financial operations and developing scalable financial systems to support our goal of growing revenue from $10 million to $100 million over the next three years. You will ensure that economic processes are optimized for growth, accuracy, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management & Reporting: Oversee all aspects of management accounting, ensuring accurate and timely financial reports. You will be responsible for establishing scalable financial reporting structures that align with the company’s growth objectives.

• Automation of Financial Processes: Lead the automation of financial operations by integrating the platform's revenue and cost data into accounting systems. Ensure that the automated processes accurately reflect real-time financial performance in management accounting.
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Develop and maintain forecasting models, budgeting processes, and KPIs to guide the company's strategic decision-making. Provide data-driven insights to the leadership team to help drive company growth from $10 million to $100 million in the next three years.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that the company complies with all financial regulations and has adequate controls. Manage audits, tax reporting, and regulatory filings.
• Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with senior management to shape the company's long-term financial strategy and support Textback.ai in strategic decisions. Assist in securing funding and managing investor relations when needed.

Qualifications:

• Education: A higher degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred). Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a financial leadership role, preferably within a high-growth company in a financial controller or CFO position.
• Skills: Demonstrated experience with management accounting, financial automation, and scalable reporting systems. Expertise in integrating financial software and platforms is a must.
• Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English, as English will be the working language.
• Technology: Proficient in using financial management software, ERP systems, and other relevant tools to automate and optimize financial processes.
