Sales executive/Account executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct demo calls for prospective leads
- Win as many deals as possible
- Manage CRM (HubSpot) pipeline
- Provide support to existing clients
- Foster long-term and strong partnerships with clients
- Advocate for a win-win approach in all interactions
- Maintain regular communication with customers, partners, and suppliers, addressing their needs with empathy
- Upsell to clients
Requirements
- Proven experience in a B2B Customer Success Manager role, preferably within the SaaS industry. from 1 year
- Extensive knowledge of Upwork and a strong background in lead generation on the platform
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for identifying client needs and opportunities for growth
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with Hubspot,
- Experience with search queries such as Boolean / ElasticSearch
- Confident and professional communication skills in English. Both verbal and written.
