Location: Remote (Candidates must be based within CET ± 2 hours)
Training: On-site training in Aberdeen or Oslo

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain production-level data pipelines using Python
• Develop and deploy services on cloud platforms (Azure, Databricks)
• Work independently in a collaborative, international team environment without vendor-side support
• Maintain relational databases and optimize SQL queries for performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate APIs and data sources

Key Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Analysis, or a related field
• Strong expertise in Python, particularly in data pipeline development
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, specifically Azure and Databricks
• Proficiency in relational databases and SQL
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., GitLab)
• Professional-level English proficiency (B2 or higher)

Additional Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with APIs and practical experience using them
• Ability to write and maintain integration tests
• Experience with container technologies such as Docker
• Knowledge of Apache Spark
• Familiarity with Snowflake or other data platforms
• Experience with document or graph databases

Other Considerations:

• Candidates must be based in Europe and available for on-site training in Aberdeen or Oslo.
