We are currently looking for a leader to join our Sales team as Lead or Head of Lead Generation, who, with their expertise and mindset, will help Clover move forward effectively and solve current and strategic business challenges.
🧐 Role Background
Imagine yourself working as part of a team of talented professionals. Currently, we have 2 SDRs on our team.
Your goal is not just to achieve targets but to create strategies that will make competitors nervous. You will work with lead generation channels such as LinkedIn and Upwork and build a communication system with leads that impresses with its value, influencing the overall company strategy. Your work will become an integral factor in our success.
🚀 What You Will Do
Operational tasks that need to be addressed "right here and now" include managing and improving existing lead generation campaigns and increasing SQL leads per month. Channels: LinkedIn and Upwork.
Value Communication: Create and maintain a value-based communication system aimed at solving client problems, not just selling individual resources or services. Many companies develop apps, but not all solve clients' problems.
Creating Message Sequences: Write and optimize high-quality, unique sequences that resonate with our target audience, identify needs even through objections, and offer business solutions that motivate clients to see the situation from a different perspective.
LinkedIn and Email Outreach: Launch and maintain campaigns on LinkedIn (LinkHelper) and, if necessary, via email to attract potential clients.
Quality Management of LinkedIn Pages: Maintain and enrich LinkedIn pages from where outreach is conducted.
Analytics and Tracking: Keep detailed analytics and tracking of all outreach efforts in Pipedrive and beyond, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Research New Channels: Identify and explore new channels for lead generation.
Participation in Intro Calls.
🧐 What We Expect from Your Expertise
- Experience in Lead Generation for at least 2 years in a service-based IT company: We expect you to have results you can be proud of.
- Proven experience in bringing in SQL leads for both outsourcing and outstaffing directions. If you've developed a network of contacts in our business domains, that's a huge plus.
- Excellent communication skills (this includes your personal energy, business orientation, ability to argue your decisions, and taking responsibility for them).
- Knowledge of modern tools and technologies for lead generation, including automation.
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on analytics.
- And of course, English at an Upper-intermediate+ level.
