We are looking for a Senior Financial Controller. If you are a professional with a high level of competence in Financial Controlling, we invite you to become a part of our Finance Department.

What you will do:

• Budget creation, support of the budget approval process, control of budget compilation, Actual vs Budget analysis with the preparation of analytical comments and proposals for improving indicators for management;
• Support all operational financial issues of the project, necessary to maintain the uninterrupted operation of the business and its growth within the strategy framework;
• Project's payments preparation and control in accordance with internal procedures;
• Work with account receivables, control of indicators;
• Monitoring the status and quality of accounts receivable, making decisions regarding the provision for impairment of accounts receivable, and writing off bad debts;
• Preparation and analysis of project's management reporting (P&L, BS, CF), preparation of analytical comments and dashboards;
• Participation in launching new projects. Medium-term financial modelling of business results taking into account current business processes, as well as assessing the impact of launching new projects on overall product profitability;
• Preparation of analytical and presentation materials in support of current and future projects of the company.

What we expect from you:

• Master's degree in Accounting & Audit, Finance, Economics, or other related fields;
• 3+ years of experience in a similar position in an IT industry environment;
• Experience and competence in budgeting, preparing financial statements, and analyzing financial indicators;
• Knowledge and experience with accounting software/ ERP systems (1C, BAS, QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, Oracle, etc);
• MC Office (Excel, Google Sheet) on Advanced level;
• English - Intermediate/ Upper-Intermediate level.

Trial period = 2200 - 2500 - 3000 USD nett (depending on the professional level of the candidate).
After Trial period + 20% = 2500 - 2900 - 3250 USD nett (depending on the professional level of the candidate ) this is the maximum amount of remuneration taking into account taxes and bonuses.
