Position: Junior Sales Executive
Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Sales Executive to join our team, specifically within the cybersecurity sector. This position is a key role, filling in for a team member who has recently resigned. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a humble, polite demeanour. We are looking for someone who thrives in a people-focused environment and is eager to contribute to our growth in Ontario.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets for the Company and M87 services and solutions within Ontario.
- Identify and prospect new small to medium clients across various industries.
- Be accountable for achieving an annual sales quota ranging from $MM-$1MM, depending on experience and assigned verticals.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis and present customized IT solutions to address client requirements, with a focus on cybersecurity-managed services.
- Participate in regular training and stay updated on emerging IT technologies and competitor offerings, providing valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and negotiate contracts, ensuring a clear understanding of pricing, terms, and deliverables.
- Handle administrative tasks related to Deal Registry, RFPs, creating quotes, and preparing PowerPoint presentations and slide decks.
- Utilize MS Office tools and have knowledge of CRM systems, particularly HubSpot.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 0-1+ years of experience in sales, particularly within the cybersecurity sector. Fresh graduates from university are welcome, provided they have a strong desire to learn and earn! Very good "personal " qualities are appreciated! Comprehensive training will be provided.
- Education: Business administration, business development, or sales.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in MS Office.
- A quick learner with sharp-minded problem-solving abilities.
- Strong people skills, with a polite and humble attitude.
- Ability to set goals and achieve targets consistently.
