Responsibilities:

• Project Execution: Effectively manage and execute company projects related to the support of business operations.
• Client Representation: Represent clients' interests in court proceedings.
• Task Planning: Utilize task and time management software for efficient workflow.
• Business Correspondence: Handle business correspondence and maintain accurate documentation.
• Reporting: Prepare reports for Partners/Clients.
• Client Communication: Maintain autonomous communication with clients on assigned projects.
• Legal Positions/Presentations: Develop and present legal positions and presentations.

Requirements:

• Legal Certification: Valid certificate for practicing law.
• Experience: Active and continuous legal practice for at least the last 3 years.
• Expertise: Knowledge and experience in corporate, commercial, and civil law.
• Skills: Excellent communication, flexibility, organizational skills, high initiative, responsibility, team collaboration, and goal orientation.
• Language Proficiency: English language skills at B1+ level.
