Ukrainian AI platform for telephony, call tracking, and call analytics is seeking a MIDDLE DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST. The position can be based in our offices located in Odessa, Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Cherkasy, or fully remote. Flexible work schedule: the option to start between 8:00 and 10:00 and finish between 17:00 and 19:00. Compensation: fixed rate plus monthly bonus based on performance.

Requirements:

Hard Skills:

• Over 3 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing.
• Experience in lead generation, including knowledge of lead generation channels for over 2 years.
• Experience in creating landing pages, including concept development and technical tasks for designers.
• Experience in creating advertising creatives and ads for Google Ads and Meta Ads, including concept development and technical tasks for designers.
• Proficient in Google Analytics and Google Spreadsheets / Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of the principles of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Knowledge of basic operations in Figma.
• Preferred experience working with products in European markets and knowledge of B2B marketing principles.
• English proficiency at B1 level.

Responsibilities:

1. Working with Google Ads and Meta Ads:
   • Development of strategies and launch of advertising campaigns.
   • Writing advertising copy.
   • Development of concepts and technical tasks for designers.
2. Expanding website structure:
   • Development of landing page concepts.
   • Integration of key words into page structure.
   • Writing technical tasks for designers.
3. Analysis of competitors and target markets.
4. Creating and launching promotional campaigns for new products and services.
5. Generating new ideas for brand promotion.
