HR Department Manager
The company is European, there are no Russians in the company, but the team is Russian-speaking, so Russian language is mandatory.

Candidate Requirements:
- English proficiency: intermediate / upper intermediate level
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing HR departments with similar processes: generalist, recruitment, HR branding
- Experience in companies with 150-400 employees, preferably with multiple projects or business areas (e.g., banks, insurance companies, IT companies)
- Experience living in Poland/Czech Republic is advantageous
- Skills in Canva, Jira, Confluence, PeopleForce, Excel, Google Sheets
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate on reporting with project managers
- Conduct audits of HR processes across the company and develop HR strategy for projects and the entire group
- Develop the organizational structure of the HR department
- Automate HR processes
- Provide HR analytics, work with metrics for each project and the group as a whole
- Work with procedures: onboarding, adaptation, motivation, evaluation, performance management, hiring, and termination
- Develop internal employer branding and corporate culture
- Work on external HR branding in collaboration with the CBDO
- Create and monitor KPIs for all project employees
- Prepare HR budgeting/optimize personnel expenses (in collaboration with CFO)
- Personnel assessment based on individual KPI achievement
- Control the effectiveness of departmental motivation
- Manage the recruitment process: leadership, training, control, and prioritization of the recruiting team
- Develop a strategy for the development of managerial staff
