We are building a high-performance outbound engine and looking for someone who can consistently generate pipeline.
Responsibilities
— Outbound campaigns: email, LinkedIn, cold calls
— Lead list building based on ICP
— AI-driven message personalization
— Booking qualified meetings
— Managing multiple pipelines simultaneously
— A/B testing messaging
— Performance tracking & optimization
— CRM management
Requirements
— 1+ year SDR/BDR experience in an agency environment
— Experience handling multiple clients/products at the same time
— Strong outbound background
— Understanding of B2B sales funnels
— Fluent English
Tools ChatGPT, Clay, Apollo, sequence building, AI personalization

Full-time, remote
Working hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM Kyiv time (EST hours)
