Head of Growth
We're looking for a Head of Growth to design, launch, and scale the go-to-market engine that brings Feltsense's AI agent platform to real-world business customers. You'll work directly with the founders to make core GTM decisions and build the channels Feltsense grows on.
We are looking for someone who has marketed frontier products at early-stage companies, as you’ll help architect the growth engine for a platform that launches many products in parallel. One week you might convene a curated group of founders to pressure test a new agent-built product. The next, you might coordinate a high-visibility campaign that drives industry-wide conversation about agentic founders.
Your mandate is ambitious and clear: generate measurable traction and make Feltsense a defining company in this category.
What you will do

Activation & Conversion Engine: Design and execute the growth strategy that converts prospects into paying customers. Translate awareness into qualified demand and demand into revenue.

Hands-On Lifecycle Execution: Build and launch campaigns across email, paid social, and organic channels. Write copy, set up segments, QA flows, and ship quickly across multiple AI-launched products simultaneously.

Growth Experimentation: Run a fast, structured experimentation program to test unconventional GTM ideas and scale what works. Blend classic growth fundamentals with creative distribution strategies that stand out in a crowded AI market.

Marketing Analytics: Set up attribution, dashboards, and reporting to measure performance across every channel. Maintain a bias toward action, measurement, and iteration.

Martech & Data Ownership: Own the marketing stack. Operate and optimize tools across paid social (X, Reddit), SEO, analytics, and automation to improve targeting and personalization over time.
What we are looking for

5+ years of experience marketing frontier features, products, or services at the earliest stages (0→1 or 1→10), experience in AI/ML products preferred

experience at a tech VC-backed startup (Seed to Series B)

Strong command of AI-native distribution: answer engine optimization (AEO), LLM visibility, and hands-on experience running paid social campaigns, particularly on X and Reddit

Experience marketing to technical and non-technical audiences
