Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst / Project Manager to join our team. This hybrid role combines strong analytical capabilities with hands-on project management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technical execution, ensuring successful delivery of projects in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders

• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications

• Conduct market, product, and process analysis to support decision-making

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization

• Work closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams

Project Management

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects within scope, timeline, and budget

• Manage project lifecycle from initiation to delivery

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment

• Track progress, risks, and dependencies, and provide regular updates

• Ensure high-quality deliverables and stakeholder satisfaction

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with a strong focus on business analysis

• Proven experience in a Project Manager or similar role

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or similar)

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Advanced English (C1) – strong written and verbal communication

• Ability to work in a startup environment (fast-paced, dynamic, ambiguous)

• Experience working in cross-functional and international teams

Nice to Have

• Experience in startups or high-growth environments

• Technical background or understanding of software development processes

• Experience with SaaS or digital products

Working Conditions

• Contract Type: B2B

• Compensation: Gross salary (to be discussed)
