Product Growth Lead
We are looking for a founding Product Growth Lead with 3-5+ years of experience to own our product-led growth motion from the ground up. You are a metrics-driven builder who has run PLG for a product that sells to business buyers and knows how to pair self-serve momentum with a sales assist that closes. We are looking for this person to build our PLG and SMB motion from zero to one, activating users, converting free accounts, and building the upsell path to our enterprise platform.
What will you be doing?

Own the full PLG funnel: activation, engagement, and free-to-paid conversion.

Run a high-velocity SMB sales motion with short cycles and clear metrics.

Build and own the upsell path from SMB into the full enterprise platform.

Design and iterate on onboarding flows, in-product triggers, and lifecycle sequences that drive conversion.

Partner with product to close the loop between usage signals and feature development.
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a GTM, growth, or sales role with significant product-led growth (PLG) responsibility for a B2B product.
- Experience with a PLG motion, ideally at a PLG-first B2B company (e.g., Miro, Figma, Amplitude, Airtable)
- Proven ability to build a GTM motion from zero to one.
- Experience selling to SMBs with high-velocity, short sales cycles.
- Experience in a consumer vertical (retail, CPG, apparel, beverage, beauty)
- Data-fluent: can build dashboards and analyze funnel metrics independently.
- Literacy and excitement for adopting and using AI tools.
- High slope individual: hungry, driven, and wants to build.
- Must work from the NYC office; this is a fully in-person role.
- Past founder experience.
