Account Executive
We are seeking an Account Executive with experience in B2B sales, specifically within heavy industry (construction/manufacturing). You should be comfortable managing a high-volume, outbound-heavy sales pipeline and have a proven track record of selling tech solutions to mid-market construction/maunfacturing companies. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating sales cycles that can range from a few weeks to two months.
What you'll do:

Manage a high-volume sales pipeline from qualified discovery through to close.

Conduct product demos, proposals, and follow-ups with mid-market decision makers.

Partner with the SDR and marketing teams to convert leads into opportunities.

Adopt a consultative approach — understanding client pain points and mapping them to Augrade’s solutions.

Drive expansion within accounts post-sale by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Maintain accurate updates and forecasts in CRM.

Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure strong retention and satisfaction.

Represent Augrade at local and regional trade shows and events.
Tech stack - HubSpot, Salesforce
Work experience
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with experience in the construction/manufacturing industries.
Sold tech solutions to mid-market or enterprise construction/manufacturing companies OR has deep technical expertise in construction as a general contractor.
Experience in a high-volume, outbound call-heavy sales environment.
Experience closing healthcare, manufacturing, residential, or data center construction projects.
Nice to have
Previously worked as a construction worker before sales.
