Customer Operations & Communications Manager
We are looking for a Customer Operations & Communications Manager to join our rapidly growing team and help scale our operations. We need a detail-oriented, extroverted, and highly organized individual who thrives on interacting with customers and solving problems in a dynamic, high-growth startup environment. This person will be crucial in managing high-touch relationships with our enterprise clients, ensuring their success, and serving as a key link between customers and our internal operations.
What you will do:

Own customer-facing communication for high-touch enterprise accounts.

Manage customer relationships, field questions, and ensure they have the access and attention needed for success.

Translate customer needs and feedback into clear action items for internal operations and product teams.

Ensure customer compliance with SMS regulations.

Collaborate with the team on high-level strategy and process improvement.
Must have
- 2 - 6 years of experience in a customer-facing or operational role.
- Experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., account management, client services, customer support).
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment, wearing multiple hats.
- Excellent communication skills to be customer-facing (even if don't have prior customer-facing experience).
- 5 days in-office in South Park, San Francisco.
Nice to have
- Experience working with technical, operational, or compliance-driven products.
- Familiarity with process documentation or workflow tracking.
