Role Overview
We are looking for a Project Coordinator / Project Manager to support the delivery of projects under the guidance of a Product Manager, who will serve as the single point of contact for customer stakeholders and project resources. This position focuses on project execution, documentation, and reporting, ensuring alignment across teams and adherence to deadlines and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project documentation such as plans, schedules, allocations, and communication logs

Monitor progress using appropriate tools, ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met

Manage project risks by identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation or contingency strategies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business leaders, product owners, and technical staff to ensure alignment and feasibility

Oversee quality assurance and ensure deliverables meet business, technical, and user expectations
-
Support project closeout by capturing lessons learned, validating outcomes, and transitioning ownership to operational teams

Education and Experience
-
5–8 years of experience in Project Management or related roles

Experience leading cross-functional or technology-driven projects preferred

Proven success managing projects through all phases of the project lifecycle

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Management, or a related field preferred

Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM) is advantageous but not required

Proficient in project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms

Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies
