About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Product Manager to join our team on a short-term contract. The ideal candidate will take high-level requirements and translate them into feature-specific user stories, manage the development lifecycle through sprints, and ensure successful release and documentation of the product to end users.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and understand product requirements.

• Translate requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Author, groom, and refine user stories for inclusion in sprint planning.

• Plan, manage, and track short-term project development in a sprint cadence.

• Oversee the development and QA process, ensuring timely release of iterations.

• Monitor and address bugs, issues, and enhancements through to final launch.

• Document features, releases, and changes to support internal teams and end users.

• Ensure user-facing documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, or similar roles.

• Strong experience with agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog management.

• Proven ability to write clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Hands-on experience managing end-to-end product development cycles.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Advanced English (C1 level) to interact with international teams.

• Self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred:

• Experience with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.)

• Experience in software product launches and user documentation.
