About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer / Data Scientist with strong expertise in Generative AI (GenAI). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Azure AI Hub, Azure Document Intelligence, and OpenAI’s ChatGPT API. As a prompting expert, you will design, implement, and optimize AI solutions that transform business processes.

This role also includes a backup responsibility as a backend developer using C# and .NET Core, though the primary focus will be AI Engineering and Data Science. Candidates with Python-based AI experience are also welcome if C#/.NET experience is limited.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions leveraging Azure AI Hub, Azure Document Intelligence, and OpenAI’s ChatGPT API.

• Develop high-quality prompts and frameworks for generative AI applications.

• Analyze, preprocess, and model complex datasets for AI-driven insights.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI solutions.

• (Optional/Backup) Develop backend components in C# and .NET Core to integrate AI solutions into production systems.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Experience: 6+ years in AI Engineering / Data Science.

• Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in Generative AI solutions (Azure AI Hub, Azure Document Intelligence, OpenAI APIs).

  • Strong prompting skills for ChatGPT and other LLMs.

  • Programming experience in Python; C#/.NET Core is a plus.

  • Solid understanding of data preprocessing, modeling, and deployment pipelines.

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (C1).

  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities across AI and backend development.

Preferred:

• Experience deploying AI solutions in cloud environments (Azure preferred).

• Knowledge of AI ethics, model evaluation, and bias mitigation.
