We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter with 5-8 years of experience to build and own our talent acquisition strategy from the ground up, focusing primarily on engineering roles. This person will design and execute scrappy, high-impact recruiting initiatives to help us scale quickly while maintaining a high talent bar. This role is perfect for someone excited to combine technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and creativity to grow our team at a high-energy startup.
Responsibilities and Focus
- Build and own the talent acquisition strategy from the ground up
- Focus primarily on hiring world-class engineering talent
- Design and execute high-impact recruiting initiatives in a fast-paced startup environment
Requirements
- Experience recruiting at Series A-E startups
- Work on-site 5 days a week in San Francisco
- Experience recruiting at Series A-E startups
- Work on-site 5 days a week in San Francisco
- 5 - 8 years of experience of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting at talent-dense engineering cultures (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, OpenAI)
- Experience building recruiting functions from scratch
- Familiarity with engineering roles and tech stacks
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building infrastructure
