About the Role:
We are seeking Full-Stack Software Engineers with a back-end focus to join our team and help shape the technology behind our AI-driven medical review platform. This role is ideal for engineers who thrive in high-velocity startup environments and are passionate about building scalable, impactful systems that improve patient care.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Product to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Design, build, and maintain systems end-to-end, including data pipelines and user interfaces.

Deliver high-quality features quickly with strong execution, collaboration, and adaptability.

Contribute to a fast-moving, collaborative environment where your ideas directly impact patient care.

[For Senior roles] Mentor and guide junior engineers through code reviews, architecture discussions, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:

Experience in early-stage or growth-stage startups.

Expertise in Python, TypeScript, and AWS infrastructure.

Background in healthcare or life sciences is preferred.
