Founded in 2025, with a team of 6 and $10M in total funding, we are growing rapidly and building technology to streamline clinic operations and patient access to insurance-covered treatments.
About the Role
We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer in New York City who thrives in a startup environment and knows how to ship. You will:

Build end-to-end workflows and take them to production.

Solve real-world problems across a rapidly scaling platform.

Own features from design through production deployment.

Influence the engineering culture, setting patterns for code quality and decision-making.
This is an early, high-impact role where your ownership, creativity, and technical skill will directly shape the company’s future.
What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and ship scalable full-stack applications.

Collaborate with product and operations teams to understand user needs and deliver impactful solutions.

Maintain and improve code quality, scalability, and performance across the stack.

Take high-level requirements and translate them into working software without getting lost in over-planning.

Work across React, Vue, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Docker, AWS, Firebase, and GCP.

Qualifications
-
4–7 years of professional software engineering experience.

Proven experience building end-to-end applications in a high-growth environment.

Strong experience with:

Frontend: React, Vue, TypeScript

Backend: Node.js, PostgreSQL

Infrastructure: Docker, AWS, GCP, Firebase

Comfortable taking ownership and making decisions in a fast-paced startup environment.

Passion for improving access to mental healthcare is a plus.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
