We are B2B SaaS service for IT and Marketing agencies operating in Europe and the USA.
Current pool of 500+ clients from all over the world. We have our own IT development, unique product with the use of artificial intelligence, for automation of lead generation for agencies.
We’re expanding our recruitment team and looking for a Recruiter to focus on marketing-related roles. This is a fully remote position ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with candidates, assessing communication skills, and building a steady flow of marketing talent for us
The role (what you’ll own)
- Manage daily candidate sourcing and communication for marketing roles (performance marketers, content strategists, partnership specialists, etc.).
- Conduct HR interview to assess communication and verify profile details.
- Maintain communication with candidate to be align with work expectations
- Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback with hiring manager
- Keep candidate pipelines and notes updated in Team Tailor (our ATS).
- Use automation and AI-assisted tools to improve sourcing and outreach efficiency.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in recruitment or candidate screening, preferably for marketing or creative roles across Eastern Europe.
- Hands-on experience in local recruitment (Ukraine region), including sourcing through Telegram communities or channels.
- English level B2 or higher, strong communication skills are essential.
- Self-driven and consistent, with the ability to meet weekly hiring goals.
- Highly organized and responsive, capable of managing multiple candidates efficiently.
- Confident using LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms such as Djinni, work.ua, robota.ua, hh.kz etc
Nice to have
- Background or strong interest in marketing, communications, or digital growth roles.
- Familiarity with ATS or similar recruitment database tools.
- Experience with automated sourcing or recruitment workflow tools.
- Prior experience working in remote or startup environments.
Pay & performance
Salary: $500-$1000 (based salary + bonus) depends on experience level
