Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to act as a domain expert linking scientific context with semantic modeling. You will review early data mappings, support synonym and normalization alignment, and ensure ontology terms accurately reflect CMC and regulatory semantics. You will collaborate closely with both technical and scientific teams to maintain high-quality structured data and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a domain expert in Clinical and CMC data, ensuring semantic accuracy in mappings and ontologies.

• Review and validate early data mappings for consistency and correctness.

• Support synonym management and normalization alignment within structured vocabularies.

• Ensure ontology terms align with CMC and regulatory semantics, including IDMP and EDQM standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, scientists, and regulatory experts, to implement high-quality data solutions.

• Analyze structured vocabularies and provide recommendations for improvements.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Clinical and CMC domains.

• Experience with ontology and terminology alignment (e.g., IDMP, EDQM).

• Expertise in data mapping, normalization, and validation processes.

• Analytical mindset with experience working with structured vocabularies.

• Excellent collaboration skills with technical and scientific teams.

• Proven ability to handle complex datasets and maintain data quality.

• Fluent in English (C1 level or higher).
