What we're looking for?
We need someone with 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, with
proven proficiency in languages such as Python or JavaScript. You should be
comfortable working directly with operations and customer teams to diagnose
problems, craft data-driven solutions, and drive impactful change, and have a track
record of owning projects end-to-end—from conceptualization and rapid prototyping
to full-scale development and deployment. Bonus points if you have experience with
HIPAA-compliant systems, AI/LLM-powered tools, front-end basics (HTML/CSS,
JavaScript frameworks like React, TailwindCSS), DevOps & Monitoring (Datadog,
Sentry), or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools.
What you'll do:

• Dive deep into our home care operations to identify inefficiencies and uncover critical pain points, translating complex operational challenges into clear, actionable technical projects.
• Architect and develop custom software tools and integrations that automate repetitive tasks and optimize workflows.
• Rapidly prototype solutions and iterate based on direct feedback from both internal teams and end-users.
• Leverage large-scale datasets to inform your designs and monitor solution effectiveness, developing dashboards and reporting tools that provide real-time
• insights into key performance metrics.
• Seamlessly connect various platforms (e.g., caregiver apps, CRM systems, payroll software) using robust API integrations and automation techniques, ensuring every solution is secure, scalable, and compliant with industry standards, including HIPAA.
• Work closely with operations experts and company leadership to align technical solutions with strategic goals, sharing knowledge, mentoring junior engineers, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements :

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering.

• Strong proficiency in Python or JavaScript.

• Experience with end-to-end development: from prototype to deployment.

• Experience working with automations in healthcare (RCM, patient communication, home health).

• Experience in early-stage/startup companies (optional: ex-founder/founding engineer).

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience working with HIPAA-compliant systems.

• Basic frontend skills: HTML/CSS, React, TailwindCSS.

• DevOps & monitoring: Datadog, Sentry.

• Process automation: RPA tools.

• Experience working with large datasets, analytics, dashboard creation.

• Education from top universities (optional, a plus to stand out as a candidate).

• Experience in claims billing, prior authorization, or healthcare payments.
