Senior Full-stack (NET / JS) Developer

The Client is a leading network hardware provider in the United States, delivering innovative solutions to clients.
Project Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Fullstack Developer to fill this role. The aim of this project is to create software for a network hardware provider that will allow coding optical transceivers connected to a computer with a USB cable, and to build a cloud environment for it to manage users, maintain a database of devices, track activities, share configurations with clients, etc.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in software development.
- Proven experience developing native Windows applications using WPF or WinUI 3 (.NET, C#).
- Strong expertise in server-side development with ASP.NET Core Web API.
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server or PostgreSQL databases.
- Proficiency in front-end development with React.js.
- Experience deploying applications to AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-powered coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot).
- Proficient in English (written and spoken). Еxperience working in multicultural teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Duties and responsibilities:
- Development of a Windows application that will provide a UI to update configurations of optical transceivers by the engineering, support and client teams
- Track all activities and configurations in the cloud
- Development of a website to manage the database of devices for the company and its clients
- Development of tools for the support team to assist their clients remotely
Working conditions:
Note: Client requires work-time overlap within their time zone (specified below).
At least 4-5 hours of daily working time overlap with the Eastern European time zone (UTC+3)

Yes, we will do development in 2-week sprints with daily stand-ups, demos, and other ceremonies from Scrum.
3. What is the task workflow — do they estimate tasks or just assign them to be completed as soon as possible?
Yes, we will ask developers for estimates and track efforts. We need to control the budget.
4. Is this job opportunity a replacement or an extension?
This is not a replacement or an extension. The team is being created from scratch. This is a project that we are fully leading for our client.
