As Partner Success, you’ll be the front line for our recruiter ecosystem — making sure every recruiter who joins it is onboarded smoothly, gets answers fast, and feels supported as they grow their business on the platform. You’ll own the day-to-day success of thousands of recruiters, ensuring they stay productive, satisfied, and delivering great outcomes. This role is execution-heavy and relationship-driven: you’ll combine operational discipline with the empathy and judgment needed to keep recruiters engaged.
You’d love this role if you’re looking for:
End-to-end partner ownership. You’ll be the go-to person for recruiters on the platform — from onboarding to troubleshooting to ongoing engagement. Their trust and success depend on your responsiveness and follow-through High-volume problem solving. One hour you’ll walk a recruiter through platform best practices, the next you’ll resolve an urgent issue, and later you’ll refine internal processes so the next recruiter has a smoother experience. Operational impact at scale. You’ll be part of the engine that helps thousands of recruiters succeed, learning how to build processes and systems that keep a fast- growing network running smoothly.
📝 Key Responsibilities:
- 🏁 Onboard new recruiters/agencies to ensure success
- 📞 First-line support for questions, issues, escalations
- 👀 Monitor recruiter health/engagement, intervene early to prevent churn
- 💡 Capture feedback to improve product & internal processes
- 🔧 Build repeatable workflows and scale high-volume support
✅ Must-Haves:
- 1–6 yrs in customer-facing roles (CSM/AM/Partner Success/Ops/Consulting)
- Proven ownership & responsiveness ⏱
- Comfortable on-site SF 🏢
- Experience with SaaS / Marketplace / SMB clients 💻
- Strong energy & empathy ⚡💛
