About this role
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Lead with 8–10+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically in scaling paid channels profitably (Google, Facebook, YouTube, etc.). The ideal candidate is quant-driven, AI-curious, and has at least one meaningful role in healthcare/health tech (excluding biotech).
You will be hands-on with performance marketing, funnel optimization, and retention experiments, leveraging AI tools, first-party data, and deep analytics to drive efficient CAC, improved conversion rates, and stronger LTV.
Bonus experience: marketing to Medicare or senior populations, building SEO/organic/affiliate/influencer channels, and cross-functional work with product/ops to improve retention and LTV.
Responsibilities
Own Paid Acquisition & Growth Experiments

Run and scale campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and emerging channels.

Use AI workflows for audience segmentation, creative generation, and rapid testing.
Optimize Funnels & Retention

Map the patient journey and identify friction points.

Continuously improve conversion rates from ad click → intake → advocate call → retention.
Leverage First-Party Data

Set up tracking pipelines and send events via Conversions APIs.

Measure CAC/LTV rigorously and build dashboards guiding weekly spend and creative decisions.
Build a Repeatable Marketing Engine

Identify what works and double down.

Translate learnings into a scalable playbook for acquisition and retention.
Requirements
Experience

8+ years in growth marketing with a focus on performance marketing, ideally at a healthcare startup.

7+ years in healthcare operations, ideally at startups from Seed to Series C.

Clinical outcomes experience and prior experience recruiting/scaling teams.
Education

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
