About the Role:
We are looking for a versatile Senior/Lead ML Engineer to bridge machine learning, data engineering, and software development. You will work on production ML systems at scale, building dashboards, optimizing data access, and ensuring high-performance applications. This role offers technical leadership opportunities and the chance to impact enterprise AI solutions in mission-critical areas.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead platform upgrades and improvements to keep AI products cutting-edge.

Build and maintain dynamic dashboards using a Python SDK.

Optimize data access and runtime performance for large-scale ML applications.

Architect robust, scalable, and maintainable systems.

Collaborate with Product Managers to enhance usability and product impact.

Implement solutions across ML, data engineering, and software development (not research-only).
Requirements:

4+ years of Python software engineering with production ML deployment.

Experience with end-to-end ML lifecycle: deployment, monitoring, and production support.

Strong foundation in software engineering best practices (CI/CD, testing, scalable architecture).

U.S. citizenship (required for eventual security clearance).

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from a top-tier university preferred.
