🎯 About the Role
We’re seeking a hands-on marketing leader who drives action, not just strategy. This is a builder role — perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, startup environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Launch impactful marketing campaigns within the first 30 days

Build the brand from the ground up and grow market presence

Own and execute social, creator, influencer, and community-led strategies
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile
Must-Have Qualifications:

3–6 years of full-stack marketing experience (brand, social, analytics, product marketing), focused on digital B2C

Proven success launching and scaling B2C campaigns

Experience in early-stage startups (Seed to Series B)

Deep understanding of social, influencer, and creator-led marketing

Willingness to work onsite regularly in NYC

Motivated to be the first marketing hire and grow with the company
Nice-to-Haves:

Background in entertainment, gaming, or the creator economy

Comfortable using AI tools and emerging technologies

Experience in growth, performance, or demand generation marketing
