We are looking for a highly skilled Senior BI Developer Expert to join our team and take a leading role in designing, developing, and maintaining our business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and visualization tools, with a strong understanding of business needs and analytical thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

• ●  Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions (dashboards, reports, data models).

• ●  Translate business requirements into technical specifications and data-driven solutions.

• ●  Build and optimize ETL pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading.

• ●  Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver insightful reports and KPIs.

• ●  Ensure high quality, accuracy, and performance of data visualizations and reporting tools.

• ●  Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices across BI development.

  Requirements:

• ●  5+ years of experience as a BI Developer or in a similar role.

• ●  Strong proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).

• ●  Expert-level SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.

• ●  Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling (star/snowflake schema).

• ●  Experience with ETL tools and processes (e.g., SSIS, Talend, Apache NiFi).

• ●  Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google BigQuery) is a plus.

• ●  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

●  Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
